Do treadmills require any lubrication?

My neighbor and I both have treadmills, but neither of us have the
manuals for either machine. We are both wondering if there are any
routine lubrication requirements, either for the motor, the rollers,
and/or maybe the main belt itself. Both machines are working ok, but
we are wondering about long-term maintenance. Any advice would be
great!

I don't have a treadmill. Google is your friend. Why not do a search
for the manufacturer and model and see what they say?

Re: Do treadmills require any lubrication?

They have both gone out of business, unfortunately. I was hoping that
machine hardware was similar enough that I could see what other
manufacturers recommend and see how that applied to these two machines.
As an engineer, I just wanted some ideas.

Cover the whole thing in 10W-40.

I have examined all the known religions of the world, and I do not
find in your particular religion of Faggotry one redeeming
feature. It is founded on hatred and lies. Millions of
innocent women and children, since the introduction of
Faggotry, have been abandoned, molested, and diseased. What has been
the effect of this perversion? To make 4% the world perverts and the
other 96% potential victims; to support deviance and disease all
over the earth. - User
