| Kuzmin Sickle |
Would anyone with experience using a Kuzmin Sickle share how the base comes out when this cutting tool. For example does the base come out with what the best base peelers call a mirror smooth finish. Never had any luck with a brand new Swix scraper getting a peel. It always made linear like gouges in the base. |

It always made > linear like gouges in the base. The base comes out black but not shiny/mirror black. What I'd like to now from Kuzmin is if polishing is relevant or not. And, if yes, what king of polishing : The entire industry rotary polishing tools have a vertical axis and it sounds better than common ski rotary brush to actually remove hairs and bristles. |

ski polishing tools are derived from wax removing tools and, IMHO, are not optimal at polishing. |
