Missing Rig

Please see the message below, keep an eye out and pass it along. The rig
belongs to Lauren Demme, Elaine's and Dammit's daughter. Elaine posted
here before her death as airdivr@aol.com.

A message to all members of Skydiver Network
Attention all SN members.

hey everyone,

my very sweet friend lauren's gear has gone missing. please forward far
and wide and keep a look out for any and all pieces.

forwarded from lauren:

My name is Lauren Demme and my gear bag that has all of my skydiving
gear in it has disappeared. It is black with purple pinstripes from the
Sunshine Factory, and it has Lauren embroidered on it in purple. My
green helmet bag with a Deland Embroidery on it is attached. In it is my
rig which was my high school graduation present, my liquid sky suit
which was college graduation, my mom's helmet, and many other items that
have great sentimental value as well as crucial pieces to my sanity!!!

If you could take the 5 minutes to forward this e-mail onto your
skydiving friends any riggers you may know I would greatly appreciate
it.

Everyone in the skydiving community is trying to do the same thing, and
most of us barely have money to do so...it could be just an accident and
someone picked it up by mistake. I don't care...I just want it back!!!
It really won't take that long... To everyone that passes this on and
Riggers that keep an eye out I want to you to know how grateful I am for
your help. Seriously, thank you.

Lauren

I've forwarded the original to you so you'll have the email address and

I just didn't feel comfortable posting it here.

Yeah, it kind of looks like a chain letter that you are trying to
convert into a posting chain....I thought it was kind of strange for a
bandwidth Nazi
with a bucketful of "I can't be bothered!" Kill file software to keep
from reading to much to overburden other readers with emotional
outbursts over somebody else's gear...Wan't going to say anything out

She shouldn't feel comfortable.....The way to do it if its a serious
effort is to
send the description & serial numbers to the stolen rig & canopy
networks run by many lofts, a police report should be filed also. I
think RL
just wants attention and is trying to get in in such a way so as not
to look like someone with double standards----Since you are a girl 25
push ups for being a phony RL and no resting on that matronly mid

AWWW pappy,, get off RL's crank. Sounds like she is trying to find a
lost rig, "without" going through USPA channels. A good thing to
do. Once USPA gets involved, things get complicated...

Maybe I would if If this wasn't a typical USPA groupies bullshit
approach.
Lofts are mostly private enterprises run by riggers, riggers are
licensed by the FAA not the USPA and may of the better ones network &
put out a list of stolen rigs to other riggers who are likely going to
repack any rig stolen or otherwise being used so that dog won't hunt
sonny. 75 push ups for supporting a phony baloney yankee! ;)P

Hey, dumbass - so word of skydiver's missing gear gets posted up on
the skydiving newsgroup and you start spazzing out over it. So,
what's your problem with the report of missing gear in here, Jinnie?
How do you know what avenues have been pursued, riggers contacted,
ect? I see this as simply for what it clearly it - getting the word
out. Quit your stupid whining over nothing and props to RL for
passing on the info - hope the jumper gets their gear back! Oh, and
speaking of RL - seems she didn't care to go for your rancid bait, did
she, you stupid-assed troll. Btw - those "pushups" you throw around?
No one ever does them - it's just another expression of how your bark

strictly last resort----a police report needs to be filed also, ya
want the creep to do time and have a record if it really is stolen and
not simply misplaced in case the jerk off does it again don't you or
is it bottom feeders &
low life's look out for each other? IS THAT YOUR MOTIVE PUNK?

Heh yeah she has the type of kill file that can only be afforded by
Corporations.
Guess she filched it from work eh? At any rate she can't see me any
unconventional trained soldier or sailor will tell you thats the sweet
spot their looking for-------invisibility or as the conventional types
say "flying under the Radar" so I can point her attempt at cheap glory
out while she thinks she's getting away with typical USPA lip service
and other empty bullshit

=A0Btw - those "pushups" you throw around?

I didn't expect any to get done because the first requirement is the
person has to be able to do at least one....That leaves out RL who
probably sets at a computer all day and lives on Bon Bons and diet
coke.
You and Biggy because you have a junk food body's along with the
twiggy arm syndrome----not to mention 99.9% of the USPA membership
because they can't endure self inflicted physical pain....The point
one percent who can do them are probably military or ex military----
The active duty types are probably saying HELL-has the Chief lost his
mind? I do enough P.T. as it is and the Vets well, they have done
their share. I am challenging the punk ass slackers and female fatties
to rise above their worldly desires and money grubbing ways to
actually break a sweat & do something they can be proud of ;)P

You are going soft sonny, afraid broken eagle is going to think I'm a
mean old male chauvinist pig? I think a good thing for you to do is go
find a heavy caliber hunting rifle and hold it by the fore grip and
cheek piece straight out in front of you chin high in the lateral
position until I say RIGHT SHOULDER ARMS or you pass out, which ever
comes first! ;)P

The USPA nor DZ dot com for that matter don't have much to do with it
beyond earmarking the better Rigging lofts that share information and
keep a list of stolen rigs posted on their sites and a stolen rig
National network......You are just afraid
broken eagle is going to associate you with a hard old man and male
chauvinist pig
by modern standards, its called "guilt by association" and its a
female battle cry, they stick together as they should because the good
ones are not appreciated enough, often earning less pay than a male
for doing the same job. Whats the matter sonny the old man being to
tough on a neurotic woman to suit you? The truth is often brutal,
learn to live with it.... You trying to tone me down boy? Wheres my
razor strop? ;-/

Cut the crap, hypocrite - you scream and cry this "femaile battlecry"
and accuse others of "guilt by association" on an all too regular
basis. Btw -you don't have a strop or if you do, there's not a thing
you can do with it unless you mentioning of it is purely a rhetorical
bullshit device suggesting you're either gonna sharpen some weapon
you're incapable of using or posturing that you could take said strop
and beat someone with it. Where's your strop? Why, it's in your head
which of course resides -------- > in your ass.

Ah ha-----what did I say Jerry--------probably a misplaced rig or gear
bag left somewhere.....I would say stored by a friend or relative
accidentally and the mother
hasn't wasn't notified after her death--------but since we are dealing
with young skydivers it was probably a failed attempt at copping a
free rig or larceny as the law puts it...Since most of you bootee
types think like little kids they had already made up a "oh its just a
misunderstanding" for a out excuse tsk tsk tsk what a bunch of third
graders! I should be a FAA marshal in charge of skydiving crimes so
things would get investigated properly....Except this is America and
my "You're under suspicion or guilty till proved Innocent style of
1870's Texas justice wouldn't fly in court ;)P

Ever notice how alike these programing caliber geeks are Jerry?
Observe, lacking imagination they always use other peoples quotes in
their Sig file......and now? And now their passing notes like grade
school kids-----Makes one wonder about Bill Gates mentality huh? 0~;)

Well put but Florida ain't the south anymore----too many Yankee's
moved down there---Back in the 70's I hauled a load of livestock to
little Cuba....Hialeah Fla.
I think the place was called---Anyway, stopped at a restaurant up in
the panhandle to fill my thermos with java and the waitress had a NYC
accent, talked through her nose and everything like them Yankee women
often do....I'm thinking most of the customers in there were from
Michigan or some other yanked off place up North! ;)P
