No such luck. Tyler stays. Woot. I sorta hope Lawson stays in the draft.
I doubt Ellington can...he may not even get drafted, I think. Lawson should
be able to hang on to the tail end of the first round, anyway.

We need another interior force, or decent outside shooters, so that Tyler
doesn't feel the need to throw up wild shots while triple teamed.

Second round at best. Donald Williams would say he doesn't get drafted.
But then again, David Noel got drafted.

Wonder if these guys, or at least Ellington, want to leave because they
don't have faith in winning a championship under Roy.

Zeller and Davis say hi.

David Noel at least has a SERIOUS NBA body and can jump out of the gym.
Ellington is a bit thin and a little slow. You put Ellington's shot in
Noel's repertoire and you have the makings of another Kobe.

Eh? I think both Ellington and Lawson are "stepping stone" kind of guys,
personally. They would *like* to win a championship in college, but they
don't REALLY want it. They REALLY want to get paid to play basketball,
period. Maximizing their potential to do that is all they really seem
to care about, and unfortunately they don't seem to get how to effectively
do that.

Sounds good. They are both in the top 16, so UNC will dominate on the
inside next season. The other guy coming in is Drew, who isn't ranked
very high. What do you think of him? Can he score at all? Can he hit
threes? Or if he can be like an Ed Cota, that wouldn't be bad either.

I don't ever remember Kobe going 1-9 in the NBA Finals.

As we saw in the Final Four.

He'll be a servicable backup to start, will likely be a very good backup
to Bobby by year end. To some that sounds not-so-stellar, but listen to
me and listen good: Bobby Frasor is a great college basketball player.
In the 12 games he played this season he won the team defensive award
five times. His shot selection is good and he can knock down open shots.
Most importantly, he can throw an entry pass.

Well, Ellington's shot in Noel's body would have made him much more
deadly, at least. Plus, Noel has a will power that Ellington could
only dream of.

That really isn't saying much, you know that! And even worse is that he
didn't win the award in 7 out of those 12 games.

We haven't had that in a while.

Deadly for his team or the opponent? LOL.
