whats with this bih break? Saw videos of both Corey and Allison doing it. What have I missed?? I don't see any rule changes. /hope it's not the wave of the future. Picking that first rack apart is a great part of the game. |

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure (about 99.99%) that it's just for this challenge. -Duane Edwards << just wanted to be first to reply "Good enough to win money, not good enough to make it." http://diamondstopockets.blogspot.com On May 2 2008 2:53 PM, tdodge wrote: > whats with this bih break? They're not matches -- it's Bob's 14.1 Challenge at the DCC. Player vs the table. Lou Figueroa tdodge wrote: > whats with this bih break? This is the same idea as "Equal Offense" and "Fargo". This is an offense-only kind of situation, player vs. table. This is good for comparing runout ability, but of course there are lots of interesting 14.1 tactics (including the opening break shot and subsequent safety battle) that occur in real 14.1 games that never occur in the offense-only games. $.02 -Ron Shepard |
