yep.. now Caps cue club. The two tables nearest the front are tough. The first triple shimmed. Almost impossibile to do do a rail shot. 2nd is double shimmed. Not a bad place at all. friendly folks, good players. Salt City Billiards is not too far from there, either. Good players play in the back room, kids stay out front, mostly. They're pretty good at sizing you up. Both places are stops on the Central NY 9 ball tour. I think the better players hang more at Caps. When will you be in Syracuse? I'm up there fairly often..'bout 2 hrs away.
