Entries for Munich world cup

A few surprises when looking at the World cup entires:

Quist and Rasmussen in the hwt 2x for Denmark
Nikisa (sp) Skelin doing the 2- on his own !!
Strong German w4x with Oppelt and Boron
Tim Mayens giving up on the 1x and going for the 2x
Di Clemente with a different partner in the 2-
No Partridge listed in the GB 8
Read and Volp. in the 2- for the USA will be v strong

Looking forward to it, should be some great racing

Partridge crashed while sculling last week and ended up in a pear
tree.
At least I think that is correct.

Steve.

Probably because they can't make the weight at this stage in the
season

Not that they're bored of trouncing the rest of the field and fancy
testing their pace against the big boys ? ;)

I'm always one for making predictions so here goes...
M1X; Synek, Campbell, Hacker
W1X: Karsten, Neykova, Guerette
M2X: GB, Slo, Chn
W2x: GB, Chn, Ger
M2-: USA, Chn, Srb
W2-: Rou1, Aus1, Chn
M4-: GB, Ita, Ned
W4x: GB, Ger, Chn
M4x: Pol, Ukr, Est
M8: GB, Ger, Aus
W8: Rou, CHN, GB
LW2x: Chn, Ned, GB
LM2x: GB, Hun, NZ

Looks like the GB4- will have a relatively easy start to the season
with the main competition coming from the dutch and a strong Italian
crew with Mornati and Carboncini
Hunter and Purchse should win the Lm2x with the danes racing as HWT
and I'm expecting a good performance from both 8's.
The 2- will be very interesting with Read and Volpenhein racing for
the yanks, they should win at a canter.

yes I understand this "prediction" is written with hearth, not with
objective parameters, it actually far from the most probable result
