Flood - ITV, yesterday and today

What a load of piffle. Even I , no meteorologist, no hydrographer , can
predict a storm surge approx magnitude, if not to-the-hour timing yet, 2
days in advance.
Whoever was the scriptwriter/advisor(perhaps not) seemed to be unaware of

Deadful. The Met Office made to look like complete idiots and the
acting was so stupid and the underlying extended family plot so
ridiculous, as to be unwatchable .........and I watched it all the way
through! The bit where they jumped off the Barrier, then managed to
both grab the same lamp-post some distance downriver, into a swirling
Thames that washed lorries off Tower Bridge, then both managed to grab
the same boat in the deadfully strong current into which he dived into
3 times to try and dislodge a lifeboat and surfaced at the same
place...oh! I could go on. Thank goodness for the 5-minute advert
breaks so I could keep up with Ronnie in the snooker!

Surprised there weren't more comments about this programme, though I
suspect that no-one would actually admit to watching it.
Gosh, wasn't it deadful. Did anyone spot the actor standing in for
Will Hand leering over a PC screen. If you taped it, replay it, as you
can clearly see he's logged onto www.greatdartmoorsnowtormof1881.com
