Key Horse Picks for Saturday September 24 2005

Good morning, everyone --

I have six picks in four races today, all at
Belmont. You can see all of these picks at:

My Free Picks for today:

Belmont 5th Race 3:05pm US Eastern Time

Political Force #3 (ML 7-2) This 2-year-old colt, trained by Allen
Jerkens, has had legitimate excuses in two of his three losses. In his
July 16 debut, he finished second after stumbling at the start; then he
got running and missed winning by three lengths. In his last race, he
was bumped hard at the start which probably led to his seventh-place
finish. Before that race, he had a 5-furlong bullet work timed at :59
flat, very fast for a 2-year-old colt. As a yearling, he cost $125,000
and he's sired by Unbridled Song, a good win-early sire.

Marrouche #9 (ML 6-1) ridden by Edgar Prado and trained by John
Kimmel, will be Political Force's biggest threat. Marrouche's Beyers
have increased over each of his three career starts. In his last race
September 2, he finished second after having to alter his course coming
down the stretch.

His speed Beyer recorded in that race is the highest in the field
except for Flashy Bull who owns a 71 speed Beyer. Flashy Bull may be
the speed of the race and I expect him to be a part of the Trifecta. In
his last two races, Flashy Bull finished third behind Kilimanjaro
August 20; and second behind Private Vow July 30.

My two Key Horses are Political Force and Marrouche. I'll play the
Trifecta and box those two with Flashy Bull.

Best of luck today and always to everyone. To your
Wealth!
