Paintball defendant has failed to appear
A young man indicted on charges of criminal mischief has a warrant out
for his arrest after failing to answer to the charges in court.
Caleb Daniel Doak, 21, was recently profiled in the Mail Tribune after
he and two juvenile girls were charged with first- and second-degree
criminal mischief for shooting paintballs at a home on West 13th Street in
Medford. Doak was indicted on those charges by the Jackson County grand jury
on Nov. 10, but because he has failed to appear, a felony warrant has been
issued for his arrest.

Doak is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 11 inches tall,
weighing approximately 175 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a 4
inch scar on his abdomen and a pierced nipple. He may be using the alias of
Caleb Michael Doak. The picture shown here, taken Sept. 5, is the most
recent photo available.

If you see Doak or have information of his whereabouts, call Crime
Stoppers of Southern Oregon at 800-3-DETECT (800-333-8328) and refer to case
No. MT-181.

Crime Stoppers will pay a reward up to $1,000 for information that
leads to an arrest in this case or any unsolved criminal activity. Callers
can remain anonymous. The reward is sponsored by Sonitrol of Southern
