ya know....

Reading some comments about the new Tippmann propane marker, it would seem
that some people think Tippmann came up with the idea, created the marker,
mass produced it and shipped it out...

...without testing it.

c'mon people, give Tippmann some credit. I think they already looked into
safety issues, insurance issues, and customer idiocy issues.

it's like a bunch of old prarie dogs popping up all over the feild
saying.."Propane!?!? Propane?!?!" "What in tarnation?!?!

/end rant

I'm not really doubting Tippman's competency but.....people who design fool
proof products consistently underestimate the ingenuity of fools. Just
think about the demographic they are marketing to. Scary!

Half these dingle berries can't wait to rip apart an autococker and then
start crying about how to time it. I'd hate to think what some of these
guys could do with an honest to god combustible fuel.

Why did you have to go and get me thinking! How about I put a front block on
the thing and turn it into an autococker. I'll put a few of them in my tank,
screw them into my 30 lb propane tank and hose you all.... <insert evil

That's it Tom. If I blow myself up, I'm going to make sure my wife sues YOU!
After all, it was your idea to start messin' with em.

Oh no you don't. You can call me the man of vision, but it wasn't MY idea
to start messing with them. MY idea is that people WILL mess with them.
Thank you for having admitted to your desire to make my prophecy come true
and maybe someday (if you survive) you could introduce me to Mrs.
Dingleberry. ;P

You can't expect a simpleton like myself to come up with the idea to mess
with 'em on our own. We need the encouragement of the older brother type
person to convince us that peeing on the electric fence is a good idea. Or
that if we tie a bedsheet around our neck we can jump from a 2 story
building like superman.
When this is all over, mom's gona beat your butt! :)

BTW, this conversation proves Darwin was wrong. I've already past my
Billy-Bob genes on to my children. If he was right, we would have all
killed ourselves by fishing with dynamite by now! :)

Speaking of electric fences, I did that once when I was about 10 years old.
Not intentionally mind you, rather by accident. I had NO idea there was an
electric fence hidin in them thar weeds. The only thing I can say is to
hell with Viagra! Piss on an electric fence one time and you will find
yourself with an instant and incredibly durable boner. Of course there WAS
inconceivable amounts of pain that went along with it, which I imagine would
put a pretty good damper on any immediate enthusiasm to put said boner to
it's practical use.

In all seriousness though, I cannot imagine a kick in the nuts of ANY
magnitude that would exceed the level of pain that electric fence induced.
I'm a tad more careful about peeing in the weeds these days. :)
